Returns and Exchanges

First, we want to say thank you for shopping with Creachums. We do our best to make sure every transaction is perfect. But, we understand things can and will happen. In these rare cases, You have 7 days from receipt of the product to initiate a return. We only accept returns for items purchased at creachums.com. If you no longer want the item, you still have 7 days from the time of purchase to return an item.

All returned items must be received in their original, unused condition and must include all original packaging. If not, we will not accept your return and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Usually, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after receipt to the credit card or PayPal account that you used to make the purchase.

Return Instructions

• Contact Creachums to initiate a return within 7 days of product receipt.
• Please explain the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, describe the damage in detail and provide the following.
  • A photo of the damage to each item
  • A photo of the outer box with the shipping label intact. We will use this to forward it to the shipping courier for a claim to be filed.
• Once we confirm the return, we will issue you an RMA number. Any returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
• Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
• Once we receive your return, we will process a refund within 7-10 business days after receipt to the credit card or PayPal account that you used to make the purchase.

Condition Policy

We strive to provide a transparent description of every product before you make a purchase. We don’t use the manufacturer’s photos. We take new photos of every product, so you know what you are going to get before you get it.

We also take great care to ensure we carefully pack your merchandise before shipping. We ship all products in new in the original manufacturer’s packaging, unless otherwise noted in the description of the item. We guarantee the contents of all toys should be in perfect condition. However, we can not guarantee the original package will be mint collector quality. There may be shelf-wear, scratches, creases, cuts, dents, bends and/or other imperfections.

Our standard return policy covers returns based on the condition of the packaging, but are subject to a restocking fee. By placing an order on the creachums.com website, you understand and accept these terms.
