Shipping and Returns

Delivery

We do our best to process and ship orders within 2-5 business days. Orders placed after 11 am CST may be processed the following business day. Shipping times may vary, and we can’t guarantee the arrival date of any order, but we promise to get your order out as quickly as possible! We can get backlogged during the holiday season, and it could take longer and we appreciate your patience.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (available on all methods of shipping). Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site after the package arrives at their shipping facilities. If you do not see tracking information within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. To avoid future notification issues, please add Creachums to your safe sender list.

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped either USPS International Priority, or UPS Worldwide. All international shipments are subject to local regulations. We have experience shipping our products to many countries and we strive to comply with all import regulations of the destination country. However, Creachums does not guarantee delivery or customs clearance in the destination country.

Your order will arrive via UPS or USPS. If you are unable to receive UPS shipments, please use your P.O. Box; P.O. boxes, APOs and FPOs will ship USPS only. Shipments to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa will ship via USPS and may take additional shipping time.

Returns

First, we want to say thank you for shopping with Creachums. We do our best to make sure every transaction is perfect. But, we understand things can and will happen. In these rare cases, You have 14 days from receipt of purchase to initiate a return. We only accept returns for items purchased at creachums.com.

All returned items must be received in their original, unused new condition and must include all original packaging. If not, we will not accept your return and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Usually, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after receipt to the credit card or PayPal account that you used to make the purchase.

Return Instructions

  • Contact Creachums at hello@creachums.com to initiate a return within 14 days of product receipt.
  • Use a secure shipping method to ensure we receive your return. Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box.
